The early years of a child's life present a window of extraordinary opportunity. Our teachers cultivate the richest environment for your child to reach their full potential.
The best gift you can give your child is the gift of a well-rounded education. Explore our programming including science, music, and more.
Of course, and frankly, we wouldn’t have it any other way! Childcare is a partnership between families and caregivers. As such, it’s really important for us to meet before your son or daughter enrolls! We encourage you to sign up for a tour through the "Schedule a Tour" Button in the top right menu. Our ultimate goal is to make your child’s transition as seamless as possible, and the first step to accomplish this goal is to establish a trusting relationship with your family.
Food prepared at the center is properly planned, prepared and portioned according to the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and state requirements for food service. Families may also bring food from home. If your child has a food allergy, please notify us in writing so we can make appropriate accommodations.
Using our all-in-one childcare app, Playground! During registration, our director will help you download and install the app. Via this secure app, teachers will send you updates and photos of your child throughout the day. If you have an immediate need, you can always call us as well.
Children are not required to be potty trained prior to enrollment at Canby Learning Tree or Little Explorers. Parents must provide diapers and wipes as applicable. Our staff will happily support you in the toilet learning process. We are committed to working with you to make sure that toilet learning is carried out in a manner consistent with your child's physical and emotional abilities and your family's concerns.
Toilet learning is approached collaboratively between our staff and your family. We will communicate regularly about your child's progress and work together to ensure a supportive and consistent experience both at home and at our center. Please speak with our director if you have questions about our potty training support.
